We hope everyone is looking forward to our Summer Show this Sunday, with a huge amount of entries, we hope this will be a great day out for everyone.
Please note, this event is strictly NO SPECTATORS due to current COVID guidelines. Riders, Grooms, Show Officials only. Everyone must complete the form below to gain access to the event. This will be checked at the gate. This form has been emailed out to all competitors, but is linked below for convenience:
With such big entries, we ask everyone to adhere to parking layouts. All lorry parking will be in the usual car-park at the rear of Lenamore Stables, all car, jeep & trailer parking will be on grass.
All showjumping classes, including showjumping warm-up will be on grass over a brand new set of showjumps, courtesy of Lenamore Stables. Dressage classes & warm up will be on sand.
We ask that everyone wears a face mask AT ALL TIMES, this can put under your chin when mounted ONLY. Please maintain a 2m distance at all times, do not attend if you or someone you are close to has covid-19 or is showing symptoms of covid-19. If you are not complying with these rules you may be asked to leave the showgrounds.
There will be hot food & refreshments on site all day from the ‘Jukebox Diner’. Please support these vendors who are giving up their day to provide a great service for us. A good excuse to leave the sandwiches at home!
Please note, due to current heatwave, jackets are not required for dressage or showjumping. All other show gear must be worn, show shirts, white breeches, gloves etc – all the correct attire for your chosen discipline.
All competitors must have their digital AIRC membership card available to show when they arrive.
Finally, dressage & showjumping times; please note due to large entries we need everyone to be on time for their classes, which will run strictly in the order listed. Dressage will start at 10am with Intro class, and Showjumping will start at 11am with X-Poles.
